There will be Vendors, Trick-or-Treat and more! 🏳️‍🌈 The Costume & Pride Parade 🏳️‍⚧️ starts at the Arcata Playhouse around 1 PM! 👻 There will also be a free, all ages performance show starting at 6 PM!
