Before you mud cracked drywall be sure to add screws and mesh tape or it'll just crack again. If there is nothing to screw to then you must cut away the sheet rock and add framing, then rehang it. Some try to fix cracks and then wonder why it cracks again, lol, duh!! I've seen where people keep trying to add mud coats until a mountain is created. That's like trying to put bandaids on gangrene it just doesn't work and actually makes it worse. If you'd like to fix it then have some integrity and do it right. OR just call us and for a fair price we will.
