A little more about me: In the past, I have managed the maintenance side of things for several multimillion dollar investment portfolios from multifamily housing to hospitality to commercial. I enjoy being out and about, doing hands-on projects for people ranging from hanging pictures to building a deck to assembling a piece of furniture to troubleshooting an air conditioning system. Anyway I can use my work experience to solve someone else's problem is what I enjoy most!
