Little practice block I did tonight. Getting ready to start on two twin size Sunbonnet Sue quilts and one overall sam twin quilt. Plan on hand appliquéing all three quilts and hand quilting them. It’ll take me awhile make them. Sunbonnet Sue is on of my favorite quilt blocks.

My hens sitting on a nest. I have had these except for the little green one for well over 25 years. My mamaw Ross gave them to me. I think, I probably have some more packed away somewhere. The corn dishes, were my Mamaw Ross. Not sure what happened to the lid on the teapot probably got broke over the years. I’m going to guess the corn dishes are over 65 yrs old. Going off of a picture I have of my cousin when was a year old and the long corn dish was sitting on the table. He is probably 67. I still working on redoing my kitchen. I share more pics as it comes along.

Stopped by to see Hannahs cows, donkeys and pony. This will go back to being my garden spot in a couple months. Lots of fertilizer for free lol. I do kinda worry about the hay. Might get w**d seeds from it. She buys good hay so it maybe alright. We may burn it off before we plow it. I don’t know yet. Got a couple weeks left to think about it. Over look the mess. Winter snow and ice now going into mud. Just part of life on a farm
