Custom doesn't just mean pretty — it means solving real problems.

This build in King County came with a checklist of constraints most shed companies would have walked away from:

✔️ Match the house siding and trim exactly

✔️ Add matching gutters so the landscaper could tie into the downspouts for water runoff management

✔️ Stay under 12 feet above grade per city ordinance but maximize head room and slope.

That last one was the puzzle. To hit the height limit while still fitting a full-size outswing man door we had to get creative — trade a little wall height for more roof pitch.

The gutters aren't just aesthetic — they're functional. Come spring the landscaper ties the downspouts into the drainage system and the erosion problem is solved.

One coat of paint left in the spring and this one's done.

This is why we build custom. Off the lot doesn't solve problems like this.

Perfect shed-building weather this week!

Just wrapped up a 10x16 gambrel-style shed, and this one’s a beast.

The client wanted lofts on both ends, so we swapped out the usual collar ties for solid joists to maximize storage space. We also handled all the paint prep to get it ready for a smooth finish.
Custom builds like this are what we do best — strong, spacious, and built to last.

Adorable shed we completed a week ago for a client in Marysville. Client wanted this shed to match his current storage shed, but with a lot more natural light from the windows. This cute shed will make a great hideaway spot. It’s being completed with electrical and drywall for a great hangout spot.

Custom raised garden beds we built for our client in Anacortes, WA. Our typical elevated garden beds are 28” tall, but the client wanted it higher so they can easily garden without having to bend over. We built these at 2.5x8 and 2.5x12 elevated just over 38” tall using premium cedar lumber and corrugated metal.

In the 4x4 on ground garden bed, they’ll be able to grow vine plants giving the plants ample space and room to sprawl out.

Completed this 12x16 custom shed with LP smartside lap siding for our client in Tulalip. Client needed a bigger workshop to house all his tools and projects in one space.

Completed this beautiful lean to style shed with a roll up door a couple weeks ago in Bellevue. Client reached out wanting to replace their old shed that had started to rot. They wanted something more modern and contemporary to match their home. We dismantled and removed their old shed, took out the old slab of concrete. Setup new concrete forms, poured a brand new concrete slab and footings for the new shed.

Just like that, another shed completed.

Client needed extra storage space, but was limited to where they’d be able to put one. Because we specialize in custom shed builds, we were able to customize the width of the shed to ensure that the shed wouldn’t encroach into the alley to hinder the flow of residential traffic and other utility vehicles that uses the alley.

We love being able to work with the space our clients are sometimes limited by, and make it all work out.
