Posted • 🎉 Four years ago, we embarked on a journey to redefine retail engagement with our first Dryy location. Fast forward, and we’re thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of our fourth retail space in the heart of Washington DC. 🌆

The road was challenging, but we’re incredibly proud to have stuck to our vision, bringing it to life, and expanding Dryy’s multi-service channels solution throughout the Washington DC metropolitan area. 🛍️

What does summer mean to you? “Everybody has such different associations with summer and what it means to them,” explains Allison Cooke, Principal and Director of Hospitality Design. Partnering with Silver Falcon Capital, we created a prototype concept for fast-casual eatery that speaks to people of all ages by incorporating summer-inspired design elements that are subtle but evoke that nostalgic summer memory.

I.M.P. announces , a new 450-capacity, $10 million venue fashioned as a near replica of the original 9:30 Club. Foo Fighters will headline the opening night on May 30, 2023.

When Foo Fighters’ Dave Grohl accidentally mentioned the planned opening of the new venue back in 2021, he reminisced about the original 9:30 Club: “That's where we all played first… R.E.M… [Red Hot] Chili Peppers… Nirvana... Magic happened in that room. And if the new room has the same vibe as the old 9:30 Club, you’ll see some real magic there, too.” We are confident you will.

Ballpark is featured in the latest issue of 🥳 Founder Dale Stewart explains that “the client and community have responded very positively to” the iconic brand's first location in the capital, which introduces Silver Social, a sophisticated bar and lounge concept.

offers a well designed landscape with access to natural ecosystems not only for its residents but also contributes to the neighborhood by engaging the streetscape with highly landscaped planters and sets back on a narrow side street to allow for a richer and safer environment for the community. Previously, the site, adjacent to the Scottish Rite Temple, was an underutilized gap within the urban fabric providing only a concrete parking structure and a small unused building. 📸
