This is a rental property one of our clients has. We painted the whole home in Cool Ashes by Behr in a matte finish. Laid down greyed oak vinyl plank flooring.

This was a complete tear down of the master bathroom. Replaced a garden tub and stand alone shower with awesome new shower with frameless glass. Turned the old shower into storage. Removed the old cabinets and replaced with a new double sink vanity with waterfall faucets. New recessed lighting. New flooring throughout the entire upstairs. Still lots more to come from this home in the near future. Credit goes to Heather Harger for all the baseboards and door trim...see I told you I would give you the credit for all the hard work you've been putting in right along side my guys!

Another fantastic project completed for Ms Nellie, the sweetest 90 year young lady. Tore out a bathtub and installed an ADA wheelchair accessible shower pan and tiled the surround. Installed new pocket door, flooring and toilet.
