Tiny Homes are a perfect solution for those adult children who find themselves moving back home with their parents. As most communities have an accessory dwelling clause, it is usually possible to park a tiny house on a lot with an existing home. Power is usually available in these situations, so it is simply a matter of using a hose to fill the 100 gallon water tank. With the two 100 lb propane tanks and composting toilet, they are all set for year round living, even in the most northern climates.

Shiplap siding offers superior weather resistance because it creates a tight seal against air and moisture. The smooth weather tight finish is also advantageous when transporting a tiny house. Shiplap siding is made of real wood, which obviously offers a more natural appearance and can be made from a variety of wood species. It can be milled smooth for a sleeker style or rough sawn for a more rustic look. Shiplap siding is a versatile option that can be installed either horizontally or vertically and can be easily repaired, if necessary.
