Meet Lilia – Flooring Pro, Faith-Driven Teammate, and a Contractor’s Best Friend.
Born and raised in Denver, Lilia is a first-generation Ukrainian-American who brings a rare blend of kindness, knowledge, and grit to Simply Floors. She speaks both English and Russian fluently and lights up every room she walks into.
Before joining our team, Lilia worked in an insurance office where she loved helping people—but missed face-to-face connection. At Simply Floors, she gets to do what she loves most: guide customers in designing their perfect home while working directly with them.
Lilia’s roots run deep in the construction world. Her father, two uncles, and now her husband are all in the trades—and some of the best in the business. Her husband is one of Denver’s top tile setters, and together they make a dynamic duo for homeowners and remodelers alike.
That background gives Lilia a special edge when working with contractors. She gets it—she understands how important it is to keep budgets tight, make clients happy, and still deliver high-quality work. Whether it’s helping a contractor find the perfect budget-friendly floor for a remodel or lining up the right product for a tight timeline, Lilia knows how to deliver.
She’s also deeply committed to her church and faith, which shines through in the way she treats customers and teammates—with compassion, integrity, and a smile that never fades.
