We express our heartfelt appreciation to our customers for their patience and kind words over the past few weeks. The job is inherently demanding, but the presence of snow and ice has significantly increased the level of difficulty. We are grateful for the extraordinary efforts of our team and suppliers, who have worked extended hours to deliver and service as many customers as possible. Today, they are working diligently to clear the parking lot, while our fuel suppliers ensure an adequate supply of propane. We appreciate the hard work and commitment of everyone involved, especially during these winter storms.
