For a limited amount of buildings we are offering this 50x100x14 Engineered Steel Building for $58,655, before tax. Price includes installation!
This is a 5000 square foot structure. We recommend you verify that your property is zoned to place this structure. There are specific concrete requirements called for by the engineer. The engineering is for Risk Category I/II so with proper permitting you can use this structure without limitations.
Price includes fabrication, delivery and installation. This building does not include any windows. Depending on your use of the structure we can provide window frame outs for additional price.
We do offer roll in metal building insulation. If you are looking for a condensation barrier, roll in insulation is great. Please do not be fooled by any metal building supplier that says they have something with high R Value - it will not meet your energy requirement if you are going to finish the interior and install HVAC.
The security deposit of 10% is made when the building is ordered. We encourage that you get your site prepared as soon as possible.
Site specific engineer plans take 10-20 business days to be drawn up.

Are you considering to purchase a new workshop, garage, or multi functional steel building? If so, be sure to take into consideration that your building will probably need to be inspected. Even if it is not going to be inspected, make sure you have engineered plans for your building. Buildings fabricated and installed to engineer requirements do not fail. The building will meet or surpass the local snow, wind, and dead load requirements.

Our buildings are designed to meet Risk Category I & II requirements.

Site Specific Plans up to 100 ft wide clear span.
Site specific plans are typically available in a few weeks. We carry Stamped plans for all buildings up to 40 ft clear span & up to 20 ft walls available within a few days.

Plan your project accordingly. Discuss your building needs with a specialist. Be wary of companies that have recently launched a FB business page. Once you have decided on your building Make your deposit and get your plans ordered BEFORE you get your concrete. Footer requirements can vary from place to place. If the foundation is not done to your plan requirements, your entire project could be compromised.

There used to be a time that the saying "it is easier to ask forgiveness than permission "...that time is not now and not in relation to your investment.

Concept to Complete!
Check out this workshop in the most classic style. This is a 60x60 with 16 ft walls. This building features our ladder style trusses for additional clearance inside. This building also features all vertical siding. All of the legs have interlocking tubing lacing all legs around the entire structure for added structural integrity.

We provided site specific engineer plans to this customer and had them Stamped for Risk Category II usage.
