We shot this video of The Phoenix House back in September, right before the storm. The drone footage is probably the last of the tree canopy in Webb Cove prior to its decimation. Thankfully, this spectacular home incurred pnly minimal damage, despite the change to the surrounding landscape. We are excited to share it with you in the Spring WNC Parade of Homes!
