Just wanted to share a new local baker I recently discovered… .bread makes some amazing traditional artisan breads and pastries out of his certified home bakery in Candler. Everything is made to order and you can order as few as two pastries or a single loaf of bread ...and if you're a local restaurant, wholesale is available too!

My favorites so far were the Finnish pulla and the cinnamon rolls, which were some of the best I've ever had... lightly glazed with a delicate vanilla bean syrup instead of overly drenched in icing to the point you can't even taste the bread. Simply perfect!

So excited to return to ’s second annual Holiday Bazaar this coming Sunday! This was one of my favorite holiday events last year and they’re doing it up even bigger this time around!

In addition to 30+ local businesses to shop, there will be a photo booth by , a full bar, food from , and a huge raffle to benefit .

This is a family-friendly FREE event, but please consider bringing a donation for Beloved Asheville if you can. Some helpful donation ideas are non-perishable food items, lightly used coats & blankets, and new toys such as culturally diverse dolls and action figures, art supplies, toys that keep kids active, books and games, gift cards for teens, or toys of any kind.

Jason and Tyler are going to raffle off a variegated alocasia frydek with all proceeds going to granting the holiday gift wish of a child through the USPS Operation Santa program.
Alocasia frydek is a rare and highly sought after tropical plant with gorgeous white and green variegation. They are hard to come by and usually come with a hefty price tag, so this is a great opportunity to snag one for yourself!
