Another set of stairs and a simple handrail. This customer did't like the way the concrete step was below the door, it and the height made going in and out awkward. The new top step gives her and her mother a smooth transition in and out of the door heading into the garage.

Selling a home? Need some things done to get past the inspection and get closed? This home needed a railing done quickly, we got it done and they closed on time. Minor repairs, plumbing fixes, door k***s and outlet and switch replacements are just some of the things we've had to do for our selling clients.

The customer said their ceiling was white and probably didn't need painted until I had to do a small repair and prime the patch with white primer. Then they saw the difference and said "maybe we should go ahead and paint the ceiling". Can you see the difference? Here is a test, take a white piece of paper and hold it up to your ceiling. Is it white or not? Sometimes our eyes see what we expect to see and not reality.

This porch never had a railing. The homeowners wanted to define the space so we looked at different options. I think this one turned out great. We put shutters on the house last year and the rail just recently. The house looks nothing like it did before.
