Please help us welcome Karly back to the C&S Design Team—this time as a full-time Junior Designer!

Karly joined us full time in July after graduating from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point in December 2025 with a degree in Interior Architecture.

In just a few short months, she has grown so much as a designer, taking on new challenges and becoming more confident and independent every day. We love her can-do attitude and the creativity she brings to every project she works on. She’s an interior wizard with an eye for creating beautiful spaces!

We’re so happy to have Karly back at C&S Design and excited to see her continue to grow. Take a look at some of her work from school—you’ll see what we’re talking about!

Please join us in welcoming Michelle Schroeder to the C&S Design Engineering team!

Michelle joins us as our new Operations Manager. She brings a diverse background in human resources, finance, operations, and administration, along with professional certifications in human resources.

In her new role, Michelle will work closely with our team to support day-to-day operations, strengthen internal processes, and help keep projects and priorities moving forward.

Outside of work, Michelle is a wife and mom of four who enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, working out, coaching basketball, and cheering on her kids at their many activities and sporting events.

We’re excited to welcome Michelle to C&S Design Engineering and look forward to having her as part of the team!

Construction progress is always exciting to see!

This cabin addition is taking shape, with the new entry and master bedroom addition now framed in and starting to come together. The project also includes updates throughout the existing cabin to create a more functional layout while keeping the character of the original space.

It’s always rewarding to see the drawings make their way from paper to the jobsite. We’re looking forward to watching this one continue to progress!

Progress is taking shape!

Inside, patterned tile and painted wall paneling bring character to the entry and living spaces, while custom built-ins add practical storage. Outside, new windows, siding, and composite porch decking frame peaceful woodland views.

This thoughtfully designed, single-story home pairs efficient living with warm details and durable materials. We’re looking forward to seeing the finishing touches come together!

We never get tired of seeing a vision come to life.

These renderings are such a fun part of the design process—they help bring ideas into focus long before the work is complete. It’s always exciting to imagine what’s to come, and even better to see it all come together in the end!
