Big changes happening at Pleasant Valley Apartments in Dickinson, ND.

This 61-unit community is getting a much-needed modern facelift—complete with transforming existing units to comply with ADA and Universal Design requirements (like the one shown here), plus upgraded outdoor spaces including a playground and pavilions.

This Cozy Cottage is really starting to feel like a home up here in northern WI.

With framing complete, the structure is fully in place and now wrapped in siding (Watery-Behr) and trim. The windows are installed, bringing in natural light, and electrical rough-ins are done behind the scenes to keep everything moving forward.

Out back, the deck is beginning to take shape—perfect for taking in those peaceful pine views!

Excited to see this one keep coming together!

They didn't quite get the roof closed up before a big snowstorm hit at our Simpson Electric project, but after a bit of shoveling and some warmer weather, the snow is gone and interior walls are going up!
