Coming up next on the schedule 📅. We will be returning to a Deck Repair. We previously did earlier this spring. ⌚️Time for some stain. Using two different stains and staining all of the underneath structure of this multi level deck.

Brick Repair/Restoration🧱We brought this porch/entry back to life! While keeping the character and the integrity of the original brick entry🧱. And matching the rest of the exterior of the home. We cleaned all brick free of old mortar that were worth reusing. We replaced and installed all broken block on the structure and filled any voids to the top of the concrete entry with block and brick to reinforce the structure and to make it all together a stronger structure 💪. Then previously installed in the (1930's) We reinstalled all brick/block using a highly additive concrete mix. (My little secret recipe) Sealed
and made all voids water tight. Using all sorts of methods as pictured. Any bad motar was cut out and retuck pointed. We even repaired damage on the concrete stairs and stoop. This project took alot of different steps and time. But was all worth it in the end.
To keep the originally of the home. Home owner was very pleased and happy we could make it possible. We still need to seal. Waiting for full cure to process. 📸 will be provided. (Before & After)

*More 📸's of restaurant repairs* Continued. Removed and replace grout in dining rm. Repaired bad epoxy cracks in the floor and rotted out cove base. Inside and outside corners. Repaired using a special mix of dyed and a highly additive concrete mix. Regrout of brick veneer panels threw out the dining rm. This is just the first of three locations that are set for repairs.
