New double 4 vinyl siding on garage , double 7 vinyl siding on main house , vinyl soffit and aluminum fascia and rakes . Underneath the new siding sections of sills were replaced , rotten boards replaced , garage roof reflashed and more to make this home weatherproof and sound for many more years .

Slider removed , replaced with mullion window , interior sheetrock , and wood trim . Homeowners did A amazing job with the paint !

So.e rotten beam repair , temporary wall underneath was removed after so no frost heave issues . This beam carried the front wall and roof weight .

Some afters and the before ! More work from the winter , there were 3 ceilings , had to demo them out and reframe so the height would match up . Then Louis from All The Colors LLC came in and did his magic finishing the drywall and painting ! Thank you sir ! Anyone needing drywall or paint , I highly recommend hitting him up !

Replacing sills . Done this so many times I don't consider this a risk and charge 500$ a foot then stick someone on it that can't even figure legal stringers . I am on every job I take . I am a tradesman , not a salesmen .
