Recieved a call from a customer with a small water spot in the ceiling. Went to take a look for them and ended up finding 5 of these guys playing peek a boo on their roof creating a little spot for moisture to come through!

Penhorwood Renovations is leveling up! We’re pouring the foundation for our new 50x30 workshop, designed to better meet our clients’ needs. The crew is hard at work preparing a solid base, and construction kicks off December 3rd. Big things are happening—stay tuned! 💪

1st off! What a blessing to have such wonderful customers! Can not say enough, how much joy we recieve in helping customers make thier house a home!
Siding? Check!✔️ Aluminum wrap? Check!✔️ Gutter? Check!✔️ Shutters? Check!✔️
Wow! The check list goes on and on with this project! Started by meeting the customer to replace 4 windows. Turned into quite the little project!
The list:
1. Demo of old shake siding
2. Replace 4 widows
3. Blow in insulation on all exterior walls
4. Framing: Lift the garage off the foundation, repair broken block, (replace rotted cill plate around the entire garage), rebuild framing around garage window from rotted window cill.
5. Remove wainscot in the garage and replace with new.
6. Wrap the home with house wrap and tape all seams.
7. Wrap all windows, doors, soffit, and fascia in aluminum.
8. Caulk all seams and potential leaking hazards.
9. Install Shutters
10. Install oversized gutters, leafguards and downspouts.
11. Move front porch lighting from overhead to the sides of the front door and install wall sconces!
