Restoration of our Historic Ashtabula Harbor Lake House Follow us as we restore and discover the history of our 1880s home by Lake Erie. We are husband/wife team- a skilled carpenter and an interior design j***y.

We bought this home by Lake Erie in 2022, had a house fire in Jan 2023 and now we rebuild. God is our inspiration, teacher and worker of all things for good. Ro. 8:28

We named her... Blue Finn Inn. The custom-made sign displayed on the front of the house pays homage to the fishing community and to the Finnish flag. There was a large population of Finns who came to Ashtabula to work and live as it is reminiscent of their "Land of a Thousand Lakes." 💙🐟🇫🇮
