Design tip: Lighting is one of the most impactful ways to introduce personality into a dining space.

Rather than choosing a traditional linear fixture, we selected a sculptural chandelier with elegantly draped cords. The artful composition creates a sense of movement, while the textured glass pendants draw the eye upward and beautifully complement the natural warmth of the wood ceiling.

With a view like this, the hardest part of the design is knowing when to stay out of the way.

For us, it always comes back to seating.

In this spacious living room, we went with a grand wrap-around sectional in a light neutral fabric. It anchors the entire open layout and offers comfortable seating for a full house, without ever rising above the view.

Ottoman or coffee table - why not both?

If you feel like there’s an empty space in your living room, consider adding an oversized ottoman. This piece anchors this whole room, and it functions as a coffee table and extra seating.

In this living area, the darker charcoal gray provides contrast with the lighter sofa and bright walls, while also adding visual interest because of its unique woven texture. It’s one of those additions that makes you realize how much a single piece can shift the energy of a space.

So what *does* a modern mountain color palette look like?

Hint: It doesn’t only have to be bright neutrals.

In this bedroom, we infused warm mustard, olive, and brown tones in this space inspired by nature. We leaned into darker earth tones to set the foundation of the walls and furniture and topped this space off with a vibrant accent throw blanket.

Absolutely love how it all came together!
