Tim met with some potential clients to go over a project that he drew up. They brought their sweet little boys. The project board kept the two year old quite busy. I just can’t bring myself to erase it. It makes me smile every time.

Service Update – Cybersecurity Event Impacting Phone & Hosted PBX Services

Rainbow Communications is responding to a cybersecurity event that has caused service interruptions for some of our Hosted PBX and home phone customers. Our teams have been working 24/7 with assistance from external cybersecurity experts to investigate the incident and restore services as quickly and safely as possible. At this time, we anticipate restoration of Hosted PBX and phone services by Thursday morning.

Our investigation into this matter is ongoing, and we will continue to share relevant updates as they become available.

📣 Update on Phone Service & Network Interruption

We would like to share an update as we continue working toward a full resolution. Our teams are actively addressing the ongoing service interruption impacting some Hosted PBX and home phone customers, and we remain fully committed to restoring service as quickly as possible.

As a reminder, on November 16, 2025, we experienced a network interruption that affected some internal systems. Immediately upon discovering the issue, we took swift steps to contain it and engaged both our internal IT team and external technology experts to assist in remediation. As part of our protective measures, certain system functions were temporarily disconnected to safeguard our network and customers.

We are now gradually bringing systems back online. While progress continues, the investigation is still ongoing, and we will share more information as soon as we are able.
