Completed a repair on a classroom intruder function exit device at a local school.

The interior thumb turn mechanism was malfunctioning and preventing proper operation of the lock function. After diagnosing the issue, the device was repaired, tested, and restored to proper working order to ensure staff can safely secure and access the classroom as intended.

When it comes to school security hardware, reliability matters. Properly functioning door hardware plays a critical role in both life safety and controlled access.

Pool access restored and secured!

This residential community was left with pool gates that had no working keys and no way to properly control access from the outside. We disassembled the existing cylinders, rebuilt them, and originated brand-new keys for both pool gates so they now operate on the same key.

Now management has controlled exterior access into the pool area while keeping everything functioning smoothly and securely for residents.

A customer reported a broken lever on a manual flush bolt. This was replaced, and the bolt is now functioning correctly.

Even seemingly simple issues can cause problems. For example, this specific instance prevented a customer from opening an inactive door in an opening, which hindered their ability to move pallets from one side of the building to the other..

Operations are now back on track.

Commercial building called with a big issue. These locks have been there since day 1. Code no longer worked to open the door, and the keys were no where to be found.

Made quick work of picking the lock to gain access, only to find major corrosion externally and internally, rendering the batteries and electronics unusable.

Made keys to operate this and a matching lock on site until replacement locks can be installed.

A simple solution to prevent the door from being propped open📍 Cherry Hill, NJ

This one started with a pair of exit only doors for a maintenance shop. Added a lever trim keyed entry back in from a secondary ingress.

Convenience plus maintaining security. Keyed to their existing site master key, a simple solution to keep the door from being propped open, which as it turns out, was allowing birds to enter and began to create a domicile inside!
