It’s been a rough couple of days for me and the guys but we have knocked out a ton of things over the last couple weeks this was the past Friday where we took care of three different jobs in one long day first we managed to knock out a drain repipe then we immediately went and did a 300+ ft water line and closed the night out with another 30ft line I’ve got some hard working guys with me and I am grateful for the help I am also thankful I was able to allow three different families to have water and sewer back in their homes

Little camera time today

Went out on a Saturday to clear a clog only to find out it wasn’t a clog but a broken pipe completely rotted on the bottom side of it
We then made sure to get it fixed first thing Monday morning here we are with another happy customer showed up when we said communicated with homeowner and got them taken care of at a reasonable rate with minimal down time

Man let me start by saying I am extremely grateful for all the calls and referrals over the last couple weeks I have been slammed and it’s been really easy to see it as a burden instead of a blessing due to the fact I’ve had very minimal sleep and what seems like no time for family and loved ones for all the calls we have missed in the last couple weeks we do apologize and hope you can understand we have been doing our absolute best to take care of people and get them back up and running here are just a few repairs we made before it got so hectic we stopped taking photos the love and support we have received from our existing customers and new customers rather it be trusting us again to make sure you can sleep in peace or trusting a stranger to come and make proper repairs rather than just saying the whole hose needs attention it’s truly been a blessing and with this I will say I love what I do and I pray you love the results of your plumbing problems or updates after we make it to you and show you honesty and integrity
Thanks to everyone but even more thankful the weather is warming back up and I know I helped a ton of people for fair prices and not a single emergency charge

And another big one on the books getting a new water line installed due to a lack of pressure no one properly sized the water line when it was installed originally customer contacted me we gave them the two best solutions that one could offer and left the decision in their hands customer wisely choose to replace with new water line double the size of their existing one

Also starting January 1st Jackson’s pro plumbing will officially offer sewer line inspections with a high quality sewer camera that offers video and audio recording

HDPE spot repair this water line was down from Thursday to today they have called almost every company in Tennessee to make a repair on it all the ones who knew how wouldn’t touch it because it wasn’t commercial today we made a repair on it to get it fused back together properly this water line carries far to much pressure to use any other materials or any other kind of repairs outside of refusing so that’s what we did in the rain under a tent covered in mud here at Jackson’s Pro Plumbing we believe in one thing and that’s getting the job done with a professional quality this family can now spend thanksgiving in their own kitchen God bless
