Sometimes it just needs a little repairing and a color match. If a color match isn't possible, it could be repaired and a full reglaze could be another option.
As long as the bathtub/shower was installed correctly most repairs can be done.
In this case the tub was installed correctly years ago and the repairs were done in a day with a close color match. With the refinishing on the bottom of the tub we rolled a non-slip texture and then sprayed over the top of it to blend in the color as close as possible.
Don’t just assume you have to rip it out if you have chipping or even cracks in the bathtub.
