Beautiful Metal Roof and gutters. The very last thing to complete the renovation.
Sept. 9th - March 26th.
It took 6 months, 2 weeks and we’re so very pleased with the outcome.

When we started renovations, the old fence had to be removed/demolished. It was basically falling apart anyway. We now have a NEW fence to replace it. The concrete driveways were repaired and gates were installed.

Deck Railing: Bought a deck railing system from Home Depot and was told by the Inspector that it was NOT up to code!!!Ha...

Deck Railing: Bought a deck railing system from Home Depot and was told by the Inspector that it was NOT up to code!!!
Had to replace the 4x4 posts with these 6x6 posts and per code, had to reinforce the deck.
I like the 6x6 posts even better!!!

Almost a Kitchen!Gotta get the Range Hood installed and the Stove kick plate replaced (it was delivered bent).
