Here's what most homeowners don't realize a crawl space conversion can include.

This Virginia-Highland home has 1,200 sq ft of basement space that's been sitting dark, damp, and moldy for years: the kind of space most homeowners accept as "just storage."

Here's what we're actually doing with it:

We're not lifting the house. We're excavating down, digging deeper to achieve a true 8–10 foot finished ceiling. Then we're removing the load-bearing posts, leveling the main structural elements, and building out:

→ Two full bedrooms
→ A dedicated play area for the kids
→ A two-car garage
→ Full bathroom, laundry, and storage

Same footprint. Same neighborhood. Completely different home.

This is the kind of project that lets families stay rooted in the community they love without needing more land or a bigger lot.
