- In order to install an exterior drain to this home, the front porch had to be removed during the process.

Just because you had a company out to encapsulate your crawlspace does not mean that you are safe yet. 🙅‍♀️
-Some other companies don't remove your fiberglass insulation, which provides a cozy home for rodents and mold to live in, which compromises the results of an encapsulation in your crawlspace!
-We do it right the first time, we recommend that our team removes the insulation and replacing with a bubble insulation on foundation walls instead, seal the vents, and spray the mold caused by water issues and problem causing insulation that saturates with moisture in your floor joists. Topping your space off with a commercial dehumidifier to remove the last bits of moisture. ✅
