While installing a countertop in a laundry room, in hindsight I realized the part I cut out for the sink could drop right in above the under mount sink to make a flat surface for folding laundry or whatever. I love giving those little surprise touches to my clients whenever I can.

Client's vision: build a mailbox post, install lights inside and space the boards apart so that the light shines through. Client bought me lunch, gave me a tip, and a offered me a job... I think I nailed it.
