Our SLC team took a tour of Modera Marmalade for Mill Creek Residential - 359 units in the heart of Salt Lake City’s up-and-coming Marmalade neighborhood.

From the east-facing units and garage amenity deck, the Capitol and downtown views already stand out. The mock-up units are coming together beautifully, with clean kitchen and bathroom finishes that elevate the overall design.

The real showstopper? The rooftop deck with panoramic views stretching across the entire Salt Lake Valley - from the Wasatch Mountains to the Great Salt Lake. This one is going to be special!

Last week, our Dwellians celebrated our firm’s 17th Anniversary! With project tours, Cinco de Mayo, Taco Tuesday, and games - we celebrated our team and all of our accomplishments.

17 years later, one thing is clear: Dwell was built by people who care deeply about the work, the details, and each other. Here’s to the team that made it all possible - and to what we’ll build together next. 🎉
