Happy National Intern Day!

We’re so grateful to have Amelia with us this summer! She’s been a great addition to the Focus team, and we’re so glad she’s spending her summer learning and growing with us.

One of our favorite parts of Amelia’s story is how she found Focus. After interning with us last summer, Ellie had such a great experience that she encouraged her childhood friend to apply. Now, Ellie is part of the Focus team full-time, and Amelia is continuing the tradition as this summer’s intern.

The biggest compliment we can receive is when someone enjoys their experience enough to recommend us to someone they care about- and we’re so thankful that Ellie did!

We’re drawn to designers who are just as strong in communication and collaboration as they are in design ex*****on- someone who understands that the best spaces are shaped through both creativity and connection.

If you have 6+ years of experience across multifamily, hospitality, and commercial interiors, strong Revit/CAD skills, and deep knowledge of ID sets and construction documentation, we’d love to connect.

This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to help shape thoughtful, impactful spaces alongside our team.
