I have altered my evening dog walking route so I can keep tabs on my new build in Virginia-Highland. πŸ™‚πŸΎπŸ•β€πŸ¦Ί The former home was severely damaged by a fallen tree several years ago. I love how this project is coming along. A 1,200 sf 1946 ranch is ready for another 78 years with a new 1,000 sf second floor, 2 additional feet added to the first floor ceilings, and new front and rear porches to boot. Swipe to the last photo to see the 1946 front elevation.

What a week! It has been fun watching this house take shape in Virginia-Highland.
