AFTER AND BEFORE ALERT! Happy holidays everyone! Christmas came early for these fabulous security guards! I’ve been so excited to show everyone the BIG changes we made to this guard house. Before there were holes in the walls, bugs everywhere, it was dark and dank, the floor was almost worn to the foundation… I could go on and on. We built a custom work station, added cabinets for much more storage, gave the walls a nice, bright coat of paint (that happens to be an innovative air purifying paint by ), and of course, beautiful DURABLE new floors! What do you think?

Holy Toledo! With summer here, I forgot to post one of my most favorite projects!! Here is our pool mudroom, perhaps the most used room in our house the last month!

We built this room from scratch (I’ll post some before pics later). There were no walls, no ceiling, not even a floor!

You all know we’ve recently transformed our back yard into a multi-level pool/spa. I don’t know why I was so surprised how much furniture we needed for the different areas! Real Rooms to the rescue! Happy Friday, everyone!!! Summer’s right around the corner and omg, I’m so excited!!! I’m one of those moms who can’t wait for summer break to have the kids around non-stop (probably in a very lonely boat 🤣). Here’s a shot of my amazing client’s outdoor living space… isn’t it dreamy? We mixed and matched from RH’s incredible outdoor furniture collections. (chair is Paraiso, sofas are Navarro) So many wonderful ones to choose from!! And if you can’t find me, I’ll be here with mh feet up!

Today is our baby girl’s 2nd birthday!!! What?!!! How did time fly by so fast?! When we left LA for Atlanta, Hunter had just turned two, now here we are… last baby and she’s practically leaving for college 😩. Someone come come hug me please (ahem, )

How do you instill the sense of adventure in your little ones’ minds (especially during a pandemic!)? For us, it’s always been books. Maybe it’s because I’m a former writer or maybe it’s simply I’m a lifelong book lover, whatever the reason, I’ve found myself hoarding childrens books ever since Ryder was born. This is about 1/20th of the books we have 😬. Maybe opening a library is my next venture HA!
