Sempervivum 'White Knight' has pointed bright green leaves tipped with red. This variety is a ‘roller type’ meaning the babies are round and produced on a delicate stem (stolen) designed so they babies break off easily and roll away from the mother and reroot. This way, the plant can ‘self-propagate’.
Sempervivum should be planted outside in order to receive plenty of bright sunlight to maintain their colors and tight rosette form. Make sure to use well-draining soil mixed with small gravel, and water only when the soil has dried out to avoid overwatering and root rot.

Haworthia 'Ibrida' is a succulent whose foliage grows in a clumping stack of tall, upright, curved leaves. Its unique leaves are textured with raised white bumps and its tips can flush red when happily stressed. These succulents are very low-maintenance, making them great houseplants even for beginners.

This plant can tolerate low-light, indoor environments, but also like bright, indirect light, making them ideal for windowsills. Elongated, light green foliage is a sign that your plant isn't getting enough light. Use well-draining soil mixed with small gravel, and water only when the soil has completely dried out to avoid overwatering and root rot.

Heidelberg has thick green foliage with light green striping and will flush orange in bright light. This plant very low-maintenance, making it a great houseplant for beginners. It will eventually produce new offsets and grow into a dense clump. These offsets can be easily propagated by pulling them off, or left to cluster around the main rosette.

This plant can tolerate low-light, indoor environments, but thrive in bright, indirect light with a little gentle morning sunlight. Use well-draining soil mixed with small gravel, and water only when the soil has completely dried out to avoid overwatering and root rot.

The Walking Kalanchoe has a unique green color with purple lining the edges along with rigid teeth.

The Walking Kalanchoe grows best in a sunny location with some protection from hot afternoon sun in summer. When potting use a well draining soil and a container with drainage holes. To avoid root rot allow the soil to dry out before watering again.

Adromischus maculatus (Calico Hearts) is a unique succulent with fleshy foliage that is mottled in varying shades of grey and green for a truly eye-catching appearance. Its attractive, marbled leaves are flat, oval-shaped, and will flush purple around the edges when consistently exposed to bright sunlight. Small, white flowers are produced from a bloom stalk in summer.

Calico Hearts like bright, indirect light (with some gentle direct sunlight), making them ideal for windowsills. Use well-draining soil mixed with small gravel, and water only when the soil has completely dried out to avoid overwatering and root rot.

The plant of the day is Shark’s Tooth (Crassula corymbulosa). The lime-green leaves flush red when gently stressed by sun and drought. In the wild, it grows on dry, rocky slopes in Namibia and South Africa and blooms mid-summer to fall.
