The heart of the home, with a view that's hard to compete with.

For the kitchen and dining spaces at Wicker Point, our goal was to create a feeling that was elegant yet grounded—sophisticated enough for entertaining, but warm enough for everyday life at the lake.

Rich tones, dark wood accents, layered textures, and a thoughtful mix of metals bring depth and character to the space, while a wall of windows keeps the focus where it belongs: on the breathtaking views just beyond.

When the architecture frames the lake this beautifully, every meal comes with a front-row seat.

The difference between a home that feels flat and one that feels layered often comes down to contrast, texture, and thoughtful combinations.

The spaces we’re most drawn to usually aren’t made from perfectly matching finishes or furniture sets — they’re built through layers that create warmth, depth, and personality.

From mixing wood tones and incorporating vintage pieces to layering lighting and textiles, these details are what make a home feel collected over time rather than overly curated.

Swipe through for a few of our favorite ways to create spaces that feel rich, elevated, and lived in.

Pool days are officially back. ☀️

When we design outdoor spaces, we're thinking about so much more than the pool itself. We're creating places for morning coffee by the water, long afternoons with family, impromptu cannonballs, and evenings spent watching the sunset from a lounge chair.

The best outdoor spaces feel like a natural extension of the home — thoughtfully designed, beautifully detailed, and made for making memories all summer long.

Tell us: are you spending your summer at the lake, the beach, or by the pool?

Designed for gathering, lingering, and making everyday moments feel a little more special.

Where ideas begin to take shape. ✨

Studio presentations are where concept meets materiality — layering finishes, textures, and color stories until a vision starts to feel tangible.

For this commercial project, we’re leaning into warm neutrals paired with bold, saturated accents, grounding natural materials like wood and stone with sleek metal details for contrast and refinement. The goal: a space that feels elevated, timeless, and full of personality.

Every sample selected is intentional. Every finish helps tell the story.

Now that school’s out, we can’t stop dreaming about slow mornings, salty air, and a beach house escape like this one. 🌊

Our Oregon Beach Bungalow project leans into the moodiness of the Pacific Northwest with rich green tones, warm woods, layered textures, and coastal-inspired details that feel collected rather than cliché. The result is a home that feels cozy on foggy mornings, inviting after long beach walks, and grounded in the natural beauty surrounding it.

A little moody, a little modern, and exactly where we’d want to spend summer break.

Light, airy, and modern — but still made for real life. ✨

For the living room at Oakton, our goal was to create a space that felt elevated, but livable for a family with young kids. Soft textures, warm neutrals, and comfortable furnishings keep the space approachable, while the oversized plaster fireplace creates a sculptural focal point that grounds the room beautifully.

Our favorite detail is the black iron windows and French doors. They flood the space with natural light while adding the perfect amount of contrast and architectural character.

Long weekends call for slow mornings, open windows, and lake views that never get old. 🌊

From misty sunrises to golden hour reflections, some of our favorite moments in these homes happen right at the window — where the architecture frames the view and the lake becomes part of the design itself.

Here’s to Memorial Day weekend at the lake. 🤍

Install days are equal parts chaos, collaboration, and magic. ✨

This week, our team brought the vision for The View at Penn State to life — from the leasing center and study rooms to the fitness center, pool deck, and shared gathering spaces throughout the property.

Commercial install days are no small task: coordinating multiple vendors, placing furniture, framing and hanging art pieces, styling every surface, and fine-tuning all the details that make a space feel finished. It’s a long, hands-on process, but seeing these spaces transform from construction site to fully realized experience makes every second worth it.

And trust us… you’re going to want to see the before + afters of this one. 👀
