Every time your dumpster overflows your hauler makes $175.
That is not an accident. That is a business model.

Most waste companies are not incentivized to fix your overflow problem. They are incentivized to keep charging you for it. Five overages a month at $175 each is $875. The problem never gets solved because solving it costs them revenue.
We do it differently.

When our drivers notice a customer's dumpster is overflowing every single pickup they do not just dump it and move on. They report it. We call the customer. We say let's add one extra day of service or one more can. That change costs around $80 a month.

Same problem. $80 fix versus $875 in fees. The math is not complicated.
But here is the real point behind this. A hauler who calls you to solve a problem is a completely different relationship than a hauler who silently invoices you for it every month. One is a vendor. The other is a partner.

We have customers who have been with us for years specifically because of moments like this. Not because we are the cheapest option. Because we actually pay attention to what is happening at their location and we pick up the phone.

If you are seeing overage fees on your waste invoice every month, your hauler is not managing your service. They are monetizing your problem.
There is a better way.

We Do Not Charge Overages. Here Is What We Do Instead.

Your hauler charges you $175 every time the dumpster overflows. We make a phone call instead.

Overage fees are one of the most common ways waste companies quietly drain money from their clients. The dumpster fills up, the lid is open, the truck shows up anyway — and you get a $175 charge on your next invoice. Again. And again. And nobody ever suggests a fix because that overflow is profitable for them.

When we see a customer's dumpster overflowing every single pickup we do not add a fee. We call the customer and say let's add one extra day of service or one extra can. That change costs around $80 a month. Five overages at $175 each is $875 a month. Same problem. Very different bill.

The best waste service is the one that works for your business not against your budget. If you are seeing overage fees on your invoice every month your hauler is not solving your problem. They are charging you for it.

We went inside a real composting facility so you don't have to wonder where your trash actually goes.
New episode is live. We visited a facility in Gainesville that processes over 1,000 tons of material a day: compost, C&D landfill, and a brand-new transfer station. All on camera, all explained.
You'll see exactly how biosolids turn into soil. Why the compost cooks at 130-160 degrees for 90 days. Who buys it and what it becomes.

Building Trust-Based Solutions with QuikTrip: From Overflow to Streamlined Operations

What happens when a $10B+ infrastructure hub halts operations for your truck?

We recently took on a project at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL)—the busiest airport in the world. The logistical parameters were unlike anything our team had faced before.

The scope required our driver to operate directly on the live tarmac. Because of federal security and safety protocols, the airport had to completely halt all incoming and outgoing flights to give us access.

The catch? We had a strict 30-minute operational window.

The Timeline: 10:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

The Stakes: At exactly 10:00 PM, global air traffic froze. Millions of dollars in commercial aviation assets went on standby.

The Mission: WG Waste had to roll onto the tarmac, drop the container, clear the area, and exit before the clock struck 10:30 PM.

Seeing a massive global transit hub completely pause while your team executes a delivery is a surreal reminder of what high-stakes logistics actually looks like.

Fortunately, our team thrives under pressure. We hit our mark, executed the drop, and cleared the tarmac with time to spare—rumor has it our driver was even singing "I believe I can fly" on the way out. 😉

In the B2B space, clients don't just pay for equipment; they pay for precision and accountability. Whether it's a standard commercial site or a high-security international runway, ex*****on is everything.

What is the tightest operational window your logistics team has ever had to hit?

A couch sticking out of a front load dumpster. The driver shows up. What does he do? Nothing. He drives away.

Every apartment complex deals with this. Moving season hits, tenants dump mattresses, furniture and everything else into the front load bin. The driver cannot pick it up. Trash sits. Maintenance scrambles. The property looks bad. And nobody has a real solution — they just complain about it.
We fixed it two ways.
First — lock bars on the top of the container. Opening big enough for trash bags. Too small for a couch or a mattress. Problem solved before it starts.
Second — a 30 yard roll off on the property during moving season. August comes around, people are moving in and out, you put a dumpster on the grounds and tell residents to use it. They do. Every time. Because it is right there and it is obvious.

Properties we did this for went from looking like a mess every August to clean grounds year round. Maintenance stopped spending half their day dragging furniture across the parking lot. And the property manager stopped getting angry calls from residents about trash piling up near the entrance.

If your apartment complex has overflow problems every moving season it is not a resident problem. It is a system problem. And it has a simple fix.
Drop us a message if you want to know how we set this up for properties in Atlanta.

We cut Fox Theater's waste bill in half. And gave them something their previous hauler never could.

The biggest venues in Atlanta are not just dealing with trash. They are dealing with timing, volume, limited access windows and service gaps that legacy carriers refuse to fill. Six days a week is not seven. And when you have shows every weekend, that one day makes all the difference.

Fox Theater had one of the biggest waste companies in the country servicing them. Six days a week. Expensive. Inflexible. No on-demand pickups. We came in, switched them to front load seven days a week, added on-demand pickups for heavy show nights, and cut their cost in half. Same building. Same trash. Half the bill.

If your waste bill has not been reviewed in the last year you are probably overpaying. A local hauler who actually shows up seven days and answers the phone is almost always cheaper than the name on the side of the truck.
