Grunt Work...
I am veteran, with a love of being outside working in the yard. I am originally from Mt. Pleasant, tx. At 19 i went into the Marine Corps, then later on I went into the Army. I deployed to Iraq twice, as a mortar man. I have lived in Maud since December 2017, working for Lancer Legacy Ranch as the Deputy Director, and the Sustainability manager. For those who live in Maud, tx, you probably saw me mowing the city hall area, as well as the library last summer. I also did the mowing for Lancer Legacy Ranch. Recently I have decided, along with my family to start a mowing service for the residents of Maud. It is to be a family business to support the family, as well as a way for my sons to learn responsibility, understand hard work, and learn the real value of money. My better half will be helping also with the public relations part, as well as getting her hands dirty as well. Finally, the name Grunt work comes from the unofficially military moniker, “grunt” for the lowly infantry man who has carried every war on his back. Grunt work is the work that befits a grunt, work no one else wants to do. The sweaty, time consuming, hard work.
Allow me to do that work that interrupts your Saturdays, keeps you working after you have already punched your card during the week, or keeps you from doing nothing at all. I hope to see you soon!
