Sneak peek at the private dining room at WindRiver Lakefront & Golf Community, with sweeping views of the Tennessee River and the golf course.

Situated on its own dedicated upper level with a catering kitchen, banquette service window, restrooms and an adjacent golf simulator suite, this space is designed to deliver another level of service for hosting events.

This is part of WindRiver Clubhouse Village, a premier amenity at The Club at WindRiver, with construction expected to be completed later this year.

The transformation is underway at the Chanticleer Golf Course at Greenville Country Club.

The new clubhouse is taking shape as part of a comprehensive renovation. Our new turn house opens this month alongside Beau Welling Design's renovation of the original Robert Trent Jones course, with the clubhouse to follow in Spring 2027.

Originally constructed in 1925 from local mountain stone, the Fairyland Clubhouse is an English Tudor Revival landmark perched on the edge of Lookout Mountain. Our approach to this project was guided by a single principle: improve without erasing.

That commitment shaped every decision from uncovering original wrought iron fixtures and reinstating historic windows, to restoring the building's visual connection to the dramatic landscape surrounding it.

We are grateful to the dedicated teams who made this transformation possible, and honored to see this iconic structure step into its next century.

Kentucky is home to just one Donald Ross-designed golf course and it belongs to the exceptional membership at Idle Hour Country Club in Lexington.

Over the past three years, we’ve partnered with their leadership on a long-range Master Plan, including major renovations to the Clubhouse and Summer House, along with a new Splash (Pool) Bar.

Construction is underway, with a full demolition of the kitchen and member dining areas. The Clubhouse is set for completion this summer, with Splash Bar renovations to follow after the 2026 pool season.

The Lexington Golf & Country Club is getting a complete transformation!

The old clubhouse, pool and tennis facilities are gone and a new Club Campus is being built from the ground up following a joint partnership between Lexington's membership (originally formed in 1902) and nearby Washington and Lee University.

The new campus will feature an indoor/outdoor Golf Performance Center for members and W&L's golf teams, plus a full course renovation by architect Lester George designed for both competitive collegiate play and a great experience for everyday members.

All facilities are set to open by summer 2027. We can't wait to see it come together!
