Captured this quick shot thru the new landscaping at a new home on beautiful Lookout Mountain. The intricate relieving arch in the stonework adds a subtle yet striking detail, while the mixture of dark louvered and white paneled shutters is a playful early Pennsylvania design detail. As the legend goes, the upper louvered shutters would ventilate the house while the lower paneled shutters guarded against pie thieves and other troublemakers.
