Saw this today. For those who don’t know the difference, S Traps drains are not safe. Sewer gas can back up into household if proper P Trap designs are not used. The picture on the left shows just how not to play plumber. Do yourself and your family a solid and open your sink base.

Saw this today. Electric baseboard heat thermostat set at80 degrees. Didn’t take long for wall to show 102 degrees above the heater.

Hey folks, next time you peak into your attic space do yourself a favor. If you see wiring resembling this, notify a qualified electrical contractor and have them evaluate your wiring. Chances are, there’s probably a few more potential safety hazards

Found this in a garage. Folks be safe, do yourself a solid. If you disconnect your gas grill in the garage don’t rely on shut off valve to stop the gas. Use some Teflon tape and install an end cap

Yes this was an actual, working shower.
Folks there’s plenty of qualified electrical and plumbing contractors out there. Hire one, it may save your life someday.

I’ve posted a picture like the first one before.
Pressure relief valve missing extension to 6” off floor for your own personal safety. The second picture, from the same utility closet. Look behind the water heater..... the dryer vent from the laundry closet vents into utility room behind the water heater and the furnace.
Vent your dryer to the outside....and remember, plastic dryer vents are a fire hazard

Hey folks.... if your home has a chimney chase, do yourself and your family a favor. If you can’t get on your roof you can view it from a ladder at the eaves or have examined by a qualified contractor. These pieces can become loose and dangerous to people below if neglected.

Happy 4 th ofJuly to all my friends out there. Here’s a tip to help with your cooling cost helping to extend the life of your A/C.....
1. Keep you evaporator coil clean from dirt
2. When your fins are damaged they can be straightened out.
Look at the insulation on gas line. If it’s deteriorating, replace it.

Make it easy on your A/C. It will run more efficiently
