Biggest job of the year so far. The client and I have been going back and forth for about 4 weeks now. Absolutely massive home. 5 weeks to perform all work.
Numbers listed do not include materials and we're estimating $4,500 in materials.

To help her save money I'm going to take my materials order to Valspar, Behr, Sherwin and Ben Moore. I will have them bid against each other to win our business and hopefully save the client 1500-2000.

I would love to start the 2024 season off with this monster. And we damg sure need it.

I get married In less than 3 weeks. Amd I would love to have a fun honeymoon. As of now the honeymoon consists of us going to Chili's and she's gonna attempt to say she's 12 so we get a discount at Chili's. Wish us luck.

Hammer down son. Yall better book now. My prices go up daily. And we're only talking on about 100 projects this year. Going to lower my closing rate from 80% to fitty percent.
