LET’S MAKE: Caramel Apple Cinnamon Rolls🍂🧈
experimenting with cinnamon rolls flavors for the fall>>😊
Ingredients..
Dough:
3 oz warm milk
1⅛ tsp instant yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1 whole large egg
2 tbsp melted butter
¼ tsp salt
1½ cups bread flour to start
Apple filling:
1 medium apple, peeled & finely diced
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp vanilla
½ tbsp flour
Salt
Cinnamon sugar filling:
¼ cup softened butter
½ cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Homemade caramel:
¼ cup (4 tbsp) butter
½ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup heavy cream
Salt
Cream cheese icing:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp butter, softened
¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp vanilla paste or extract
Salt
