This is one of my more active customers as of lately. First picture as you see a tin roof to cover her deck. The following Picture Show a deck extension reusing the stairs. And then also adding a nice canopy roof for it.

This is one of my more frequent customers. Even now she has quite a list of things she would like to have done which I am absolutely okay with. Might recognize this from previous works. The other side had a wonky siding job done which I fixed. I also installed a classic Tin Roof style over her long deck area. This is the other side or opposite side of that area and it's a little bit of a sitting area outside of her bedroom. So she also wanted that area covered with a thin roof and this is it.

A very nice lady needed her deck resurfaced with a Fresh coat of paint. These are some photos of before and after.

Almost done found myself in a new place with the guys to doing construction never thought this would be part of it but for every new thing a new experience a new learning. It's called a psych wall apparently they use it for green screen filming. It started off fine then ended up having a few bumps in the road and I was called in to help smooth those bumps over. This is the halfway transition point of the wall I will take another picture and post it at a later time.

Initially when the house was remodeled the outer wall as you can see from the first two photos Dives in and comes back out at the halfway point. What was required was to reframe out the outer wall to straighten it and the only way to do that was by use cribbing on the existing wood as well as adding what was necessary to create a straight wall. Also added the buy framing out on existing deck.
