What started as a normal popcorn removal turned into a much bigger job. The homeowners had their kitchen ceiling re- sprayed with popcorn but did not know that the previous popcorn had paint mixed in it.... (An old trick) which would not budge when we tried to remove it. After scraping off the newest popcorn, we ended up troweling 12 gallons of mud to skim coat the old popcorn, then sanded, primed and painted.
