A customer just had a new patio installed from a company not local to the area and they made a mess of their yard. The company wouldn’t answer the customer’s calls. All the water from the rains were pouring into the basement because the overburden of material left behind the house, creating pitch back to the house.
Jake and myself regraded the yard and the second wave of the rain storms showed no signs of water in the basement. That’s some of what we do. Now we will loam and hydroseed to finish.
