Leaky Skylight? We Repair And Replace! (248)7074851
If it’s not the skylight it’s the flashing. Example below👇
This skylight has hand made flashing because it was installed horizontally when it’s designed to be installed vertically. That hand made flashing was not made or installed correctly to begin with, causing a major leak years after installation. We replaced the surrounding shingles, step flashing and the large back flashing, while using the existing flashing as our counter flashing.
