These unfortunate folks had a water leak upstairs which lead to the replacing of all the flooring upstairs, 3 carpeted bedrooms, hardwood in the living room and hallway, and tile in the dining kitchen area. The leak was directly above their half bath downstairs so there the drywall was replaced, new vanity, light and mirror. Popcorn ceiling to be repaired in rec area as well as new carpeting in there. Painted both bathrooms, living room, dining room, hallway, and entry way. Also, replaced some trim.

Had an apartment renovation the first few pictures is what I walked into, the finished photos are after. I fixed the framing, did the drywall, flooring, and trim. The property owner did the painting. Thought it turned out pretty good.
