What a transformation. Took a week to get this project done but it came out just like I hoped. Self Leveler, Plank Install and new mdf trim.

Some issues we run into at times when doing floors. Im this case we had rotten subfloor in one corner, we had to cut it out install new plywood, after that we had asbestos tiles which we couldn't pull up so we had to float the floor with patch to fill in and smooth the floor. After 3 coats we finally got it smooth enough to install glue down LVT. Came out a lot better than expected.
