Meet Jason Kappe: Dream House Edition Barbie. Comes fully equipped with a hammer, drill, demo-day energy, and says “It’s probably not load-bearing” with suspicious confidence. One minute you’re asking for a simple refresh, next thing you know you’ve got a hidden pantry, mood lighting, and a shower bench you didn’t know you needed but now can’t live without. He tears down walls (both structural and emotional) and creates a home so dreamy even Barbie’s on Zillow rethinking her life choices and saying, “Forget Malibu, I want that mudroom!”

A while back, we had the pleasure of renovating this home for some wonderful clients. This project was particularly special because our niece, Mia McWayne, got to collaborate with the home owner on design choices to create the fresh new look they were hoping for. We think she did a fantastic job! The results turned out beautiful! 😍

This past winter, our dear neighbors experienced a major upheaval when they came home to discover a frozen pipe had burst, flooding nearly their entire house. They had to move out immediately with their two young boys and dog. Fortunately, they had homeowners insurance and were able to update their entire home, including getting a sweet new primary bathroom. Welcome home, Sean and Nicole! From there they choose their tile, fixtures and paint colors and the renovation begins. We absolutely love what our clients chose for their beautiful bathroom renovations here. Last year, At Your Service successfully transformed an entire downstairs space for our clients seeking to optimize their home. The project involved relocating the kitchen to an underutilized formal living room, resulting in a more spacious, well-lit, beautiful, custom kitchen. Additionally, they decided to repurpose the unused formal living room into a home office, a brilliant choice. The renovation also included widening the entryway, enhancing the family room fireplace with stone and ship lap, and revamping the guest bathroom, which also serves as a laundry room.
