The lattice is just to stop clients dog from getting tangled and is not finished... because we used all PT lumber we have to allow the moisture in the woods to dry before we seal the entire thing then lattice will be permanently installed

Made a slight miscalculation on the width for the railing post, Was about an inch shy on each side for a wheelchair to fit, so the first picture is what it was... the rest of the pictures is how I rectified the problem with little extra cost( that I covered because it was my mistake that caused the problem ) and also still strong and safe.

And even though trying to start this business while still a fulltime roofing foreman means I have to work on weekends and miss time with my wife and kids. Today I was lucky enough to have my oldest son who wanted to come along and work with dad, so got to still have some great father and son bonding and teaching, for that I was so grateful and thanks to his willingness to work and ambition to try and do things on his own we got alot accomplished...even though I had to keep a close eye on him and slow him down a few times that provided me a great chance to teach him something much more then just how to use powertools, patience and attention to details, and following directions....Kinda helps me believe I must be doing something right as a dad lol

That right there is why I do it, and strive to provide honest service for honest prices. along with so many others in this country, what I want to accomplish most in my life is to give my family that American dream. You know a nice little house in the woods with a wood stove, food on the table, a full fridge, a nice view and plenty of fishing spots nearby just a simple but comfortable life for my family. But most of all in this unpredictable world we live in, I feel it is my mission as a father and husband too ensure that even when I'm gone from this world, my family will always have my help in life.

Made some more progress on this little porch and ramp... got all the decking boards on, spaced and screwed.. Only thing left is to clean up all the overhang and give 'er some railings... big thanks to my helper Anthony Mallozzi for thuggin it out in the rain with me.

This is a job that I was kinda on and off all winter for my employer. Once sections were built and ready we went back to do them, but I recently finished up so here's some quick shots I grabbed. Lots of epdm some of which was laid down in not so ideal condition (beard freezing cold) so there are some bubbles in a couple spots, it sucks but that's winter roofing in the western mountains. Eventually all the epdm will get garden trays and be completely covered with plants and grass everything is capped with copper that was bent up by my boss with me doing all the custom bends and cuts on site, so that everything serves it's purpose and still looks great.
