Here we grow again! TCB Painting is looking to add another crew to the team.
We’re looking for:
• Experienced painters
• Individuals wanting to learn the trade
What we offer:
• Pay based on experience
• Direct deposit every Friday
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Opportunity for overtime, occasional nights, weekends, and out-of-town work
Requirements:
• Must be dependable and ready to work
• Must be able to obtain a TWIC card within 30 days (for port/industrial jobs)
• Reliable transportation preferred
We work on high-end residential, commercial, and specialty coatings projects throughout the area.

In 2005 there was an Idea brought to life

20 Years in Business The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

Twenty years in business full of lessons, long days, and late nights.
The ups, the downs, the wins, and the losses every bit of it has shaped who we are today.

The Pros:
The freedom to build something from nothing.
The pride in watching loyal customers come back year after year.
The friendships, loyalty, and trust that grew stronger with time.

The Cons:
The stress that never fully fades.
The sleepless nights worrying about the next project, the next challenge, or the next bill.
The weight of responsibility that comes with every decision.

But through it all the good, the bad, and the ugly one thing has stayed true: it’s been worth it.

In 2023, we expanded our vision with Constant Grind Concrete Prep & Polish, bringing the same dedication and craftsmanship that built TCB Painting into a new chapter of growth.

When AC/DC is in town. You have to turn it into team building for the company right ?

I just want to take a minute to say how incredibly grateful I am for our crew. You’re not just coworkers—you’re family (the kind that actually gets things done). You always look out for each other and for what’s best for the company, and I couldn’t appreciate that more.

Now, I’ll admit, I’ve been known to get us into a few sticky situations—sometimes literally, sometimes just paint-deep. But no matter what mess I stir up, you always roll with it (pun intended) and get the job done with skill, patience, and a sense of humor.

Thank you for being the backbone of this company—and for not duct-taping me to my chair… yet.

For unforseen circumstances. We have more missing than made it.
